- Justin S Added August 08, 2023★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Recently visited the shop. The lady at the front desk was so unkind. Seems like she was so proud of no stock available and only online order taken. She told me to wait 3-4 weeks to get delivered arrogantly. Only schools were her customers not individual parents?
So, I bought texts books and stationery from other online and offline shops. Will definitely not be using Sequel again! I have advised customer service directly (by email and phone call) - no attempt/assistance offered to resolve my outstanding order. I’m not one to complain online but hoping this helps other parents avoid the hassle I have been through using Sequel.

Why bother send the 3 erasers and i had to pay $5 for delivery? Is it to get more money from me for delivery?? So you send item by item? I can't keep paying for delivery or pick them up each time.
Why not let me know next time when the rest of the order are ready to pick up and no more back order?
You look like you have a big company but not so organise. No wonder alot of people are complaining. Its my first time dealing with your company... i dont know if im guna do it again.

Instead of using all the different suppliers my different children's schools chose, I put all through Sequel using the upload form. It was easy, fast and a great price. Highly recommended
